You may have experienced my work as an Educator, as both an International and Celebrity Stylist, as a CFO and Controller, or as CEO of Naomi Monique LLC and the NIKNIKSTYLES Brand. I have also been honored as a Platform Artist for the JustinKace Brand, known for hair education, products and tools. Every professional role along my journey has culminated to this full-time hair empire, where we merge creativity and business to serve and nourish all colors, coils and curl patterns.

I am passionate about Hair Retention. With this at the forefront, I chose specialization in Braiding, Locs, and Extensions to deliver everything that your hair desires and anything that my community requires. I created multiple business systems with a distribution team, and our workflow is so regimented that we bring it on tour across the country! Here are a few Beauty Shows where we have preformed:
I am proud of these accomplishments, but I am most proud of my community outreach mission. My mission is to blend the artistry of hair care with rigorous education, fostering community engagement and professionalism. I developed an extensive community presence collaborating with large school systems including both Boston Public Schools and METCO programs, and I have also prioritized supporting economically disadvantaged youth with organizations BCYF and DYS.
